The collected data is available through a secure web interface. Each customer receives individual access to a preconfigured Grafana dashboard, where measured values are displayed in real time through easy-to-understand charts. The interface is available from anywhere, allowing decision-makers to continuously monitor the condition of critical equipment.
Case Study: When the Numbers Speak
The effectiveness of the system is clearly demonstrated by a recent installation at one of our partners, where we deployed two Starter Kits to monitor electric motors. The focus was on monitoring the contact temperature of the motors.
During measurement, as shown in the chart below, a significant deviation became immediately visible: while most motors operated at a stable temperature, electric motor no. 48 generated significantly more heat during operation than its counterparts in the same application.
Result: Without the Starter Kit, this anomaly would have remained hidden until failure. With the system, however, the customer received a clear picture within days of installation of which unit required immediate inspection, helping prevent an expensive unplanned shutdown.
