Einflux uses an architecture based on InfluxDB as a time-series database and Grafana for visualization. The main communication protocol is MQTT, with additional support for Modbus, PROFINET, OPC UA, and other industrial interfaces.

How is TAMMS-CMMS different from a traditional maintenance register?

TAMMS-CMMS is more than a register. It connects work orders, resources, documents, TPM processes, warehouse information, and dashboards, making maintenance work easier to plan, trace, and measure.

When is it worth introducing a TAMMS-CMMS system?

It is worth considering when maintenance tasks still run on paper, in Excel, or through verbal coordination, making responsibilities, deadlines, history, or costs hard to track. It is also useful when automatic reports and transparent maintenance data are needed.

What is EINFLUX, and when is it needed?

EINFLUX is an industrial data acquisition and visualization platform. It is useful when sensor data, PLC data, or data from other operational systems should become a unified data stream for dashboards, trend monitoring, or predictive maintenance foundations.

Can we start with a small pilot project?

Yes. The Starter Kit is a preconfigured data acquisition package that enables a fast start with lower entry risk. It helps demonstrate value with real operational data before planning a larger architecture or full rollout.

Can the solutions integrate with existing machines, sensors, or systems?

Yes, the solutions are adapted to existing machines, sensors, and systems. Typical integration paths include IO-Link, Modbus, OPC UA, Siemens S7, MQTT, Grafana, and CMMS, ERP, or MES connections. The exact integration is always planned after an assessment.

Do you work with cloud or on-premise deployments?

Both approaches are possible, but in industrial environments on-premise or hybrid setups are often preferred. The decision should be based on IT/OT security requirements, data handling rules, availability expectations, and the operating model.
