The Starter Kit is a preconfigured hardware solution for data acquisition that supports maintenance and production with real equipment data before a larger investment.
The data path is covered from the sensor to the secure web interface. With integrated mobile data connectivity, the system can often be started without deep integration into the plant IT network, making reliable results visible quickly.

Package contents at a glance
- Balluff gateway that generates MQTT messages from IO-Link sensors based on the respective IODD file - so measurement data enters the data pipeline in a structured and directly usable form.
- Two Balluff BCM 4 vibration diagnostics sensors are included as standard. Other sensor types are possible on request; we adapt the preconfiguration to your operational requirements.
- A Teltonika GSM router transfers the MQTT messages to the Maint-Sol servers; an already activated SIM card is also included in the package.
- Balluff power supply for gateway and router, plus the required industrial power supply in the package.
- All connection cables required to connect the components.
- Available, for example, with an IFM flow sensor; we are happy to check any IO-Link device and integrate it preconfigured into the Starter Kit.
